Oatmeal and Eating

Despite me not following MyFitnessPal 100% of the time, I’ve been losing weight. It’s part depression and part better eating.

Due to medication increase, in the morning, the thought of eating makes me feel nauseous. If I don’t eat, I’m hungry around 9AM. It’s a big pain. Fortunately, I found a solution!


I bought plain, very little to no sugar oatmeal. I then add what I feel like eating. Usually it’s peanut butter powder or whey protein. Or just plain peanut butter and granola.

It’s filling and I can eat it without my stomach becoming too upset. I’m full until lunchtime. Nice.

I went back to the gym last week. I haven’t been back since. 😦

I have never been so tired in my life! No amount of coffee is waking me up. By the time I leave work, I’m exhausted. I’m afraid to go back to the gym in the morning. I don’t know what I’ll be like at work.

But, I have to try. I can’t be a lump. You can’t change unless you put in the work, right?
